Getting started

Welcome to SPG.
Your first steps as a member.

Everything you need after joining is kept on this page, so it is always up to date. Work through the steps in order, and the team is on hand whenever something is unclear.

Renewing from SPG’s previous platform? Choose your level on the membership page and enter your SPG contact’s name under Referred By at checkout.

Your first steps

From checkout to your first introduction.

Seven steps take you from a confirmed membership to a specific first objective in front of the right specialist.

Illustrative planning session between business partners
  1. 1

    Sign in to your membership

Your confirmation arrives by email from SPG’s membership checkout. Use Member login at the top of any page, with the email address you joined with, to reach your membership at any time.

  2. 2

Set up your team and your card

The operations team confirms your level and sets up access for your team, up to 2, 5, 10 or 25 team members depending on your level. A team member is someone in your organisation who works under your membership, such as a sales representative or selling agent. Each person has their own login; nobody shares credentials.

Add your digital membership card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, using the button in your JoinIt membership confirmation email. If you need the card again, sign in through Member login and choose Send Card.

  3. 3

    Complete your company profile

Describe your company, capabilities and markets, then approve what appears in the Global Business Directory. A clear profile is what makes the right counterparts recognise you.

  4. 4

    Agree your first objective

Set one specific need and submit it within your monthly allowance, as a business requirement or a pairing request. A specialist reviews the fit before either party is approached.

  5. 5

Bring an opportunity to the Deal Room

During the beta, the SPG team prepares and lists Deal Room opportunities with you personally. Send the opportunity to the team and a named owner will take it forward with you.

  6. 6

    Bring your network

Your referral code records every company you introduce. Share your referral link, or send SPG’s invitation letters to your clients, members or contacts.

  7. 7

    Review your progress

Your monthly value statement records the requests used, introductions accepted by both sides and the next actions, each with an owner.

Welcome handouts

Your membership at a glance.

An optional one-page summary for each level: what it includes, how to make the most of it in the first weeks and how to reach the team. Keep it, print it or share it with your team.

Each handout is a one-page PDF dated October 2026. This page and the published membership terms remain the current reference.

Terms

The terms that apply to you.

Your membership is governed by the terms published on this website, so you always see the current version. Please read them before you use the service.

Membership provides the service and capacity of your level. Introductions depend on relevance, qualification and mutual consent; introductions, contracts and commercial results are never guaranteed.

Bring a clear ambition. Build the next relationship.

The strongest starting point is a specific business need and an open discussion about the people, expertise and resources required to address it.
