A private business community

Four memberships.
The whole network.

Every level opens all 47 programmes. Choose the colleagues, company profiles, review capacity and assisted work your business needs, with a person accountable for the next step.

One catalogue. Clear capacity.

Membership that fits the way you work.

All four levels are billed monthly in US dollars. Choose a level and join online through SPG’s secure membership checkout, or talk to the team first. Bringing one specific deal? See the Deal Room below.

A team member is someone in your organisation who works under your membership, such as a sales representative or selling agent.

Introductory ratesThe rates below are available to companies that join until 1 January 2027.
Renewing an SPG membership?Members of SPG’s previous platform renew here. Choose your level below and complete the checkout. Under Referred By (Name or Referral Code), enter the name of your SPG contact so the renewal is recorded with them.
Joining as an adviser?Advisers and sector specialists do not need a membership. Apply to join a sector desk, free of charge. Each appointment is reviewed after six months with the sector lead.

Customised deal programmes

05 / For a specific deal

Deal Room

For a company raising capital, selling or buying a business, or looking for an offtaker or a strategic partner on one deal.

From $3,500per month, set per project
Billed monthly while your deal is in the Deal Room · after the deal desk has accepted it
  1. Send the deal. Free and quick, with your pitch deck or information memorandum if you have one.
  2. Deal desk review. The lead for your sector checks the fit and what is still needed.
  3. Enter the Deal Room. Once accepted, your company joins on Global Entry, enters the Deal Room and can publish a listing, with documents shared only with people you approve.

From the day your company enters the Deal Room until its deal closes, SPG’s deal desk works alongside you: sharpening the materials, qualifying counterparts, arranging introductions through the right channels and following up so nothing falls through the cracks. That ongoing work is what the monthly fee pays for.

Pay with Enter the Deal Room once the deal desk has accepted your deal; the checkout asks for your DEAL reference. The fee is paid by the company or its authorised sponsor, never by the person who introduced it. Any success fee is agreed separately in writing.

Join online

Each Join button opens SPG’s membership checkout on Join It, where you register your company and pay by card. Payments are processed by Stripe and card details never pass through this website. All prices are in US dollars before applicable taxes. Card artwork is illustrative.

Team members

The people in your organisation who work under your membership, such as your sales representatives and selling agents, up to the number your level allows. Each person has their own login; nobody shares credentials.

Company profiles

Approved listings for your company, group businesses or business units. Each profile has its own clear identity.

Requests

Business needs SPG reviews each month and, where the fit is right, takes forward to mutual consent.

Assisted briefs

Pieces of work SPG runs for you at the same time, each with an owner, scope and next action. These are concurrent briefs, not a monthly introduction promise.

Membership provides the service and capacity shown above. Introductions depend on relevance, qualification and mutual consent; introductions, contracts and commercial results are never guaranteed. Payment is taken on the Join It checkout. Your account, company profile and team access are then set up during onboarding, as described below.

Made for your next stage

More than a price comparison.

Start from the way your company works today, then add capacity as your priorities grow.

01 / Global Entry

A focused way into the network.

For a business that knows its capabilities and needs an organised route to relevant relationships. Two colleagues manage one company profile and bring two specific requests each month for specialist review.

Make it work for you

Complete the company profile, agree one clear commercial objective and keep your open requests current. A focused brief gives the reviewer a useful starting point.

Move to Growth when two requests a month are no longer enough, or you want SPG to run an assisted brief for you.

02 / Growth

A recurring commercial rhythm.

Five team member accounts give the owner, the commercial team and specialists their own accounts. Alongside five requests each month, SPG runs one assisted brief at a time, with an owner and recorded next actions.

Make it work for you

Keep a distributor search or market-entry brief moving through qualification while your own team continues selling. Use the monthly value statement to review what progressed and what needs a decision.

Move to Premier when a second managed priority needs to run in parallel, or another business unit needs its own profile.

03 / Premier

Several initiatives. Clear ownership.

Ten team member accounts and three company profiles give separate teams or business units room to participate. Two assisted briefs can run in parallel, each with its own scope, contact and next decision.

Make it work for you

Set two managed priorities and review the decisions, actions and outcomes against each one. A live data-centre opportunity can require a separately agreed active mandate, described below.

Move to Ambassador when more than ten colleagues or three profiles are involved, or the account needs a regular management review.

04 / Ambassador

One plan across a wider organisation.

Twenty-five team member accounts, five company profiles and four concurrent assisted briefs support several workstreams under clear account control. A regular management review keeps priorities aligned with your team’s capacity.

Make it work for you

Agree one coherent account plan, with ownership on both sides. Large procurement, infrastructure projects and complex specialist work are scoped separately on written mandate terms.

A service level, not an appointment. Sector Ambassadors are separately selected and appointed by SPG. Explore the distinction.

Choosing a level

Start with how you work today.

The whole catalogue is open at every level. Choose your service capacity around the people and priorities you have now.

You want to be found and make a few targeted requests each month.

Global Entry

You have a recurring need and want SPG to run one brief for you.

Growth

You run several initiatives across teams or business units.

Premier

You manage several workstreams across a wider organisation.

Ambassador
Your first month

A considered start. A clear next step.

The welcome programme turns membership into a complete company profile and a specific first objective.

01

Welcome and orient

After checkout, a short confirmation email links you to Getting started, where your onboarding steps are kept up to date. The operations team confirms your level and sets up access for your team.

02

Complete your profile

Describe your company, capabilities and markets. Approve what appears in the Global Business Directory.

03

Agree the first objective

Set a specific need and submit requests within your allowance. A specialist reviews the fit before either party is approached.

04

Review the progress

Your monthly value statement records requests, accepted introductions and next actions, with an owner for what happens next.

Your membership identity

The member programme includes a digital card for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, coloured by level, together with access to all 47 programmes.

Card issuance and member-service activation are confirmed by the operations team during onboarding. The demonstration Deal Room does not issue live wallet passes or activate membership.

A statement of value

Review the activity that matters: the requests used, introductions accepted by both sides, progress on assisted briefs and the next decisions your company needs to make.

For example, a fictional Growth member might have used four of five requests, with two mutually accepted introductions and a distributor brief at proposal stage. This illustrates the format, not a promised outcome.

Flexible by design

Room to grow.
Continuity when you change.

Discuss a change with the team so the service level follows your organisation’s needs.

  • UpgradesThe membership schedule provides for immediate upgrades with prorated billing, once the change is confirmed.
  • DowngradesDowngrades apply at renewal. Existing records are retained; the team confirms how revised capacity applies.
  • Founding membersThe proposed founding cohort receives a twelve-month membership price hold. Founding eligibility and terms are subject to final written confirmation.

Existing members should review their own agreement and ask SPG to confirm any transition. No account or billing changes are made automatically from this website.

Membership and mandates

Know what is included.
Agree the rest in advance.

Membership pays for the service. A commercial success fee or separately scoped mandate is agreed in writing before the introduction or work begins.

The standard commercial success fee

  • 2% of the first $250,000 collected, then 1%Capped at $50,000 per contract under the standard schedule.
  • One payer, agreed before introductionCalculated on eligible receipts collected under the contract in its first twelve months.
  • Collected receipts are the basisTaxes, pass-throughs and refunds are excluded. The calculation is never based on capital raised or total project value.

Strategic mandates

Large procurement and project work, including modular data centres, power installations and infrastructure packages, runs on bespoke written terms. A named Sector Ambassador leads the mandate; scope, responsibilities and fees are agreed separately.

Active data-centre mandate

The brochure’s proposed package is $2,500 per month in total, including Premier membership, for one live opportunity, with five specialist hours and two operations hours each month. Applicable success fees are agreed separately.

The active data-centre mandate and its terms remain subject to final written confirmation. This is not an additional $2,500 charge on top of Premier.

Discuss a live data-centre project
$1,500Fee on $75,000 collected
$5,000Fee on $250,000 collected
$12,500Fee on $1 million collected
$50,000Cap reached at $4.75 million collected

Illustrative arithmetic under the standard commercial schedule; the signed engagement governs eligibility and payment. SPG does not provide investment advice, offer securities or hold client money. Capital raising is handled only through authorised, licensed partners.

Before you join

A few useful distinctions.

Can every member use every programme?

Yes. All four memberships open the full catalogue of 47 programmes. Higher levels increase team members, company profiles, monthly request capacity and the number of assisted briefs SPG can run concurrently.

Does a request guarantee an introduction?

No. A request is a need SPG reviews. It progresses where there is an eligible activity, credible fit, agreed engagement and mutual consent. Either side can decline or ask for clarification.

How do I start membership?

Choose your level and select Join. The secure checkout takes your company details and your first monthly payment, and the operations team then confirms your onboarding and team access. If you would rather talk first, send your company details and first objective through the contact form.

Can I change or cancel my membership?

The published schedule provides for immediate upgrades with prorated billing and downgrades at renewal. Cancellation and renewal follow your accepted membership agreement. Ask the team to confirm the effective date and any billing adjustment before a change is made.

Is Ambassador membership a leadership role?

No. Ambassador is a membership service level. Sector Ambassadors are separately selected and vetted Strategic Advisors, appointed for six months and renewed on results. Read about the role.

What happens to my company’s information?

You approve your directory listing. Both parties approve an introduction before contacts are released, and documents require separate permission. The current Deal Room demonstration uses fictional opportunities and does not provide production storage for confidential files.

Can funds, chambers and associations participate?

Yes. They can offer SPG as a support channel to the companies they back or represent. Each company joins on its own terms, and progress is shared with the referring organisation only with that company’s consent. Chambers, business clubs and associations can also offer SPG to their whole membership under their own name, with a revenue share, as Sister Organisations. Explore the referral programme.

Regional access

Tell us where you want to grow.

SPG is reviewing country-based entry pricing for markets where the standard entry price is a barrier, including parts of Africa and Latin America.

Register your interest and the team will contact you if regional access opens in your country. No alternative regional price is confirmed here.
