Your mandate, matched to opportunities worth your time.

Venture capital funds, family offices, private equity and credit funds, banks and institutions list their firm with SPG: who they are, what they invest in and the record behind them. Every deal SPG’s sector desks accept is matched against each mandate, and the desk brings you the ones that fit, with the reasons, once the company agrees.

Who lists with SPG

Every kind of capital. One standard.

SPG works with five families of investors. Each lists the same way and is matched on the same six measures, so a $250,000 angel cheque and a $250 million institutional allocation are both handled with precision.

Private capital

  • Venture capital fund
  • Corporate venture capital
  • Private equity or growth fund
  • Private credit or venture debt fund
  • Infrastructure or real assets fund
  • Hedge fund or crossover fund

Reviewed deal flow by stage and sector, anonymous summaries of the deals that fit your mandate, and data rooms opened on the company’s terms.

Family capital

  • Single family office
  • Multi-family office
  • Angel network or syndicate
  • Private investment company

Direct and co-investment opportunities across fifteen sectors and eight regions, presented with the discretion family capital expects.

Banks and lenders

  • Commercial or investment bank
  • Specialist lender (trade, asset or project finance)

Borrowers and projects prepared by SPG’s desks, with the documents a credit committee needs, through a structured route.

Institutions

  • Sovereign wealth fund
  • Pension fund or insurer
  • Endowment or foundation
  • Development finance institution
  • Asset manager or fund of funds

Platforms, projects and co-investments of institutional scale, screened against your exclusions before they reach you.

Strategic and impact

  • Corporate or strategic investor
  • Impact investor or philanthropic fund

Partnerships, acquisitions and impact projects matched to your strategy, with the outcomes stated plainly.

What you get

A profile that represents you. Deal flow that respects your time.

Your firm, presented properly

A profile in the SPG Investor Directory: your thesis, focus, cheque size, team and the record behind you, seen by founders, sponsors and SPG’s fifteen sector desks.

Deals that have been reviewed

Only deals the SPG deal desk has accepted are matched to you, each worked by the desk that knows its sector.

Matching you can audit

Every match the desk brings you comes with the reasons it fits and the gaps, so your team can say yes or no in minutes, not weeks.

Documents on the company’s terms

Ask for a data room through the Deal Room. Each person gets a personal link that expires, and every opening is logged.

One pipeline, eight regions

Regional chapters across the United States, Latin America, Europe, Africa, the UAE and Middle East, India, Central Asia and Asia-Pacific feed one desk.

Your mandate stays private

Contact details and private notes are never published, and no company sees your mandate without your consent.

How matching works

Six measures. One score. Every reason shown.

Each deal the desk accepts is scored against every mandate out of 100. The desk sees the score, the reasons it fits and the gaps, so every match it brings you comes with its reasons, never from a black box.

  • A measure you leave open counts as a fit. If you invest in every sector, your thesis does the sorting, so the more specific it is, the better your matches.
  • Anything that touches your stated exclusions cuts the score sharply.
  • Scores of 80 and above are strong matches, 65 and above good ones. The desk reviews every match before anything is shared.
The match scoreWeight in points
  • SectorYour sectors against the deal’s sector desk30
  • StageWhere the company or project stands20
  • Cheque sizeYour smallest and largest cheque against the size of the deal20
  • RegionWhere the company or project operates15
  • InstrumentEquity, debt, project finance or acquisition15
  • ThesisWords your thesis and the deal have in commonup to 10

The five measures make 100 points; words your thesis shares with the deal add up to 10 more. The total is shown out of 100, so a specialist whose thesis fits ranks above a generalist that leaves every measure open.

Profile rules

A profile, never a fund offering.

Your profile tells companies what you invest in and why you are a good partner. It is not a way to raise money for a fund, and SPG keeps it that way for your protection and theirs.

What your profile shows

  • Your firm: type, headquarters, year founded, assets under management in a band, and team
  • Your thesis and focus: stages, sectors, regions, cheque sizes and instruments
  • Your record in words: investments made, exits and selected portfolio companies that have been publicly announced
  • The value you bring beyond capital, and the people companies will meet

What SPG never publishes

  • Returns, IRRs, multiples or any other performance figure
  • Fund terms, fees or any invitation to invest in a fund
  • Your contact details, private notes or anything about your own investors
  • Any company’s details without that company’s consent
Questions

What investors ask us.

Anything else? Ask the AI guide, or write to info@strategicpartnergroup.com.

Who can list with SPG?

Any professional investment firm: venture capital and corporate venture funds, private equity and growth funds, private credit and venture debt funds, infrastructure and real assets funds, single and multi-family offices, angel networks and syndicates, banks and specialist lenders, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds and insurers, endowments and foundations, development finance institutions, asset managers, strategic investors and impact funds. Individual angels list through their network or syndicate.

What does it cost?

Listing your firm and registering a mandate are free, and SPG never charges investors. SPG’s fees are agreed in writing with the companies it works for.

Who sees our mandate?

SPG’s deal desk and capital desk. Companies see only your public profile, if you chose one, and nothing more without your consent. Your contact details are never published.

Can we stay out of the directory?

Yes. Choose to keep your mandate private and you are matched against every accepted deal without appearing in the Investor Directory.

How are deals screened?

Every deal outline is reviewed by the SPG deal desk with the lead for its sector, and only accepted deals enter the Deal Room. SPG does not verify every statement a company makes, so your own diligence still applies, and nothing on this site is an offer or invitation to buy or sell securities.

Do you publish our returns?

No. Performance advertising is tightly regulated in most markets, so profiles describe your record in words: investments made, exits and selected portfolio companies that have been publicly announced. Share performance figures privately, where your own rules allow.

Who confirms our investor status?

The authorised partner that handles a capital introduction confirms each investor’s status, for example as an accredited investor in the United States or a professional client in the DIFC or ADGM, before anything is shared. You declare your status when you list; SPG does not certify it.

Do you charge success fees to investors?

No. Where a capital introduction is a regulated activity, it runs through the authorised partner, under its own licence and terms.

How do we update our profile?

Reply to your confirmation email, or write to the team with your reference. The desk updates your profile and confirms the change with you before it is published.

List your firm in about ten minutes.

Free to list. You choose what is published, and your mandate is matched against every deal the desk accepts.
