How a listing works

Accepted first
A company sends its deal outline. The deal desk reviews it, and only accepted deals enter the Deal Room, where SPG works alongside the company until the deal closes.

Written by the company
The company uploads its documents and approves its own summary. Capital raises are shown without the company name.
- 03
Documents on request
Members and partners ask for access. The company approves each person, and each gets a personal link that expires.
- 04
Every opening logged
The company sees who opened which document and can withdraw access at any time.
