A relationship deserves a next step

Built around what your company needs.

From a small private business to a fund supporting hundreds of portfolio companies, the starting point is the same: understand the need, find a credible fit, secure permission on both sides and coordinate what follows.

01

Relationships

Customers, suppliers, partners and advisers brought together around a specific commercial purpose. Every introduction depends on relevance and mutual consent.

02

Tools & resources

The member programme brings sector guides, templates and approved third-party tools into one place, available across membership levels. The resource collection will expand across all fifteen gateways.

03

Follow-through

A named owner for each request, a visible next action and a monthly value statement showing the requests, introductions and work that moved.

“We are the conduit of bringing these relationships to the table, whether it be for a small private company to a large hedge fund who has hundreds of companies underneath their umbrella.”

The commercial context

Companies buy through people they trust.

For a company without a large business-development team, a relevant network can widen its reach. A clear brief helps the people on both sides of a buying decision understand the need and act together.

Trust is earned through follow-through.

The 2026 Edelman Trust Barometer reports trust in business at 64%, compared with 53% for government, as a 28-market average among survey respondents. For SPG, the practical implication is clear: keep ownership, consent and outcomes visible.

Technology can make good service more accessible.

The planned service model uses AI to prepare research, intake, suggested matches, reminders and fee calculations. People retain the judgement: they qualify the fit, own the relationship and approve commitments.

A shared brief supports collective buying. Local chapters and advisers help assess capacity and context. Membership starts at $199 a month, with service allowances made explicit.

These sources describe wider markets and survey findings. They do not establish SPG’s results or guarantee a commercial outcome.

From intention to an owned next action

One clear journey. Seven considered steps.

A good introduction starts before the first meeting and continues after it. The member journey gives each request a purpose, a review and a responsible person.

  1. 01

    Join

Choose the membership capacity you need and complete onboarding.

  2. 02

    Profile

Describe your company’s capabilities, markets and commercial objectives.

  3. 03

    Brief

Be specific about the buyer, supplier, partner or market you need.

  4. 04

    Qualify

A sector specialist reviews the fit, authority, timing and supporting evidence.

  5. 05

    Consent

Each party considers the purpose before agreeing to release contact details.

  6. 06

    Introduce

Make the connection with context prepared and expectations understood.

  7. 07

    Follow through

Own the next action, record progress and report it in the monthly statement.

  8. The human commitment

    A person reviews every request.

AI can prepare and suggest. A person makes the sector judgement and owns the relationship.

The monthly value statement brings requests, introductions and next actions into one view, with responsibilities on both sides.

A meeting, a proposal, a signed agreement and collected cash are different outcomes. Each should be recorded accurately, including work paused or closed without a result.

Counts overlap: one programme can sit in several gateways. General programmes apply across the network. Featured placement is not an endorsement, a confirmed mandate or a statement of investment suitability. Any capital route requires the appropriate authorised partner.

Eight chapters. Local knowledge. A global view.

Local capacity and relevant experience should be clear before you ask. Chapters and advisers bring context, qualification and accountability, helping a company consider another route as markets and trade conditions change. All 47 programmes remain available across the network.

Global Entry

One company. A focused first objective.

For a business that understands its capability and the counterpart it needs. Two team members, one approved profile and two reviewed requests a month.

Complete your profile, make each objective specific and review the outcome. Standard onboarding gives you a considered starting point.

Move to Growth when you need more than two requests or one managed brief.

Global Entry details

Growth

A working team. One managed priority.

Five team member accounts give the owner, commercial team and specialists their own accounts. One company profile, five requests a month and one concurrent assisted brief keep work focused.

The brief has a named owner and visible next actions, with progress included in your value statement.

Move to Premier for a second managed priority or an additional business-unit profile.

Growth details

Premier

Multiple teams. Parallel opportunities.

Ten team members, three company profiles and ten requests a month. Two parallel assisted briefs each have their own scope, contact and next decision, with business-unit records kept distinct.

Specialist assignments can be separately scoped, including the proposed active data-centre mandate below.

Move to Ambassador for more than ten colleagues, more than three profiles or regular management review.

Premier details

Ambassador

A broader account. Planned capacity.

Twenty-five team members, five profiles, twenty requests a month and four concurrent briefs. Regular management review supports a coherent account plan and ownership on both sides.

Major procurement and infrastructure assignments, or complex specialist work, use separately scoped and priced mandates.

A service level, not an appointment: membership does not confer the Sector Ambassador role.

Ambassador details

Change the level as your needs change.

The membership schedule provides for immediate prorated upgrades and downgrades at renewal, with existing records retained. Existing members should have the team confirm their transition and applicable terms; this website does not automatically change billing or account access.

The proposed founding cohort receives a twelve-month membership price hold, subject to final written confirmation of founding eligibility and terms.

From your first month onward

A useful welcome.
A visible record of value.

The member programme connects onboarding, an approved company profile, clear requests and a regular review of progress. The first objective gives the relationship direction.

Your first-month checklist

  1. A welcome letter and onboarding checklist, with your level and initial priorities confirmed.
  2. A complete company profile describing capabilities and markets, with your approval of the directory listing.
  3. A specific first objective and requests submitted within your plan’s allowance. For Global Entry, the first two requests are reviewed.
  4. A digital membership card for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, coloured by level, once issuance is confirmed by operations.
  5. A monthly value statement covering requests, mutually accepted introductions, assisted work and the next actions for both sides.

All levels include the full programme catalogue, digital membership identity and monthly statement. The operations team confirms card issuance and service activation.

The planned member platform

One profile. Clear permissions. Work that can be followed.

A controlled profile

One company record, with the member choosing which details and approved listings are visible.

A brief captured once

The purpose, status and named owner stay with the request as the next action develops.

A considered introduction

Contact details are released only to named parties after mutual consent.

A membership identity

Apple Wallet and Google Wallet cards are planned to reflect current membership status.

A monthly view of value

Requests, accepted introductions, progress and next decisions come together in a value statement.

Private document access

The intended service keeps documents private by default, with an explicit grant to named people for a stated purpose.

Planned preparation

AI prepares.

  • Research, intake and an organised brief.
  • Suggested matches with reasons that can be reviewed.
  • Reminders and draft agreements.
  • Proposed fee calculations for human approval.

Human responsibility

People decide.

  • Qualify the fit, evidence and authority.
  • Assign a named owner who holds the relationship.
  • Approve every introduction and commitment.
  • Approve agreements and invoices before they take effect.

Commercial clarity

Agree the fee.
Know what earns it.

Membership pays for the service. A success fee follows only where the agreed commercial engagement provides for it, with terms settled in writing before the introduction.

The standard commercial schedule

  • 2% of the first $250,000 collected, then 1%A maximum of $50,000 per contract under the standard schedule.
  • One agreed payerThe payer, scope and commercial terms are recorded before introduction.
  • Eligible receipts in the first twelve monthsUse cash collected under the contract. Taxes, pass-throughs and refunds are excluded.
  • A commercial-receipts basisThe fee is never based on capital raised or total project value. A contract or proposal without collected receipts does not create this calculation basis.

The signed engagement governs eligibility and payment. The calculator illustrates the standard arithmetic only; it is not an invoice or a quote for a bespoke or capital-related mandate.

Strategic mandates have their own scope.

Large procurement and project work, including power, modular data centres and infrastructure packages, uses bespoke written terms under a named Sector Ambassador. Scope, responsibilities, specialist capacity and fees are agreed separately.

Proposed active data-centre mandate

$2,500 per month in total, including Premier membership, for one live opportunity, with five specialist hours and two operations hours each month. Success fees are separately agreed.

This package and its terms remain subject to final written confirmation. The $2,500 is the total package, not an additional fee on top of Premier.

Membership and mandate details

Trust has a practical structure

Five gates before an introduction.

Each gate has a responsible person and a decision to make. A request can be returned for clarification, narrowed, paused or closed when the conditions are not met.

  1. Clear need

Scope, decision owner, geography and a realistic next step are understood.

    Member
  2. Eligible activity

The request fits approved service scope. Funding is routed separately through an authorised partner.

    SPG reviewer
  3. Credible fit

Capability, authority, timing and supporting evidence are reviewed on both sides.

    Sector lead
  4. Agreed engagement

Mandate, fees, conflicts and any prior relationships are recorded in writing.

    Commercial owner
  5. Mutual consent

Both parties approve the introduction and the exact information to be shared.

    Introduction owner

Permission is specific to each step.

Relevance cannot be bought.

Membership level, a referral relationship or sponsorship never buys a better match. Relevance and consent determine whether an introduction can proceed.

Capital follows an authorised route.

SPG does not provide investment advice, offer securities or hold client money. Capital raising is handled only by appropriately authorised partners. Investment principal stays outside SPG revenue and custody; SPG receives only its own earned fees under the applicable arrangement.

How the Capital Alliance route works

The people behind the service

Experience matters.
So does accountability.

Leadership combines relationships, operations, platform development and sector knowledge. A named role gives members a clearer route to the next decision.

A wider bench of experience

Nine senior vice presidents and more than forty Strategic Advisors bring expertise and relationships across the programmes and chapters.

Funds · Chambers · Associations

Offer SPG to the companies you back or represent.

A practical support channel for portfolio companies and member organisations, built around their commercial needs and the relationships that can help them grow.

For each company

Each company joins on its own terms. Its needs guide the visibility, tools, content and advisers it can use, and the search for suitable buyers, suppliers, partners and new markets.

For the inviting organisation

A fund, chamber or association can offer this route to its network. Progress reports are shared with the sponsor only with each company’s permission.

“The thought would be that we would be a tool that the funds themselves would offer to their network of clients to help drive traffic and increase the amount of profitability that each company had.”

  • The opportunity to appear in early success stories, only with separate permission.

Founding eligibility, the price hold, dates and terms require final written confirmation.
