Explain your sector knowledge, markets, relationships and the kinds of member needs you can credibly support.
SPG’s Strategic Advisors bring sector knowledge, judgement and relationships to the companies they serve. The work is practical: qualify the fit, clarify the brief and help the right people move forward with consent.

Nine senior vice presidents and more than forty Strategic Advisors bring knowledge and relationships across SPG’s programmes and regional chapters.
Sector Ambassadors are selected, vetted Strategic Advisors who lead a sector. Appointments run for six months and are renewed on results.
Strategic mandates, including large procurement and infrastructure projects, have a named sector lead and bespoke written terms. Selection does not confer authority beyond the approved role or engagement.
Membership and appointment are separate. Ambassador membership is a paid service level with 25 team members, five profiles, 20 requests a month and four concurrent assisted briefs. It does not appoint the member as a Sector Ambassador or give authority to act for SPG. Compare the membership.

SPG reviews fit, conflicts and capacity before confirming any appointment, assignment or directory listing.
Scope, responsibilities and any compensation are agreed before work begins. An application creates no appointment or fee entitlement.
A specialist qualifies the fit. A named person keeps the relationship, and commitments remain subject to human approval.
A membership level, referral or sponsorship never purchases a better match. Capital activity is handled through authorised, licensed partners.
Describe the markets you know, the relationships you hold and the kinds of business needs you can help qualify and progress.
The team reviews applications and confirms whether a Strategic Advisor role or Sector Ambassador consideration is appropriate. Any appointment follows a separate written agreement.
Referral participation has its own terms. Explore the referral programme.
The strongest starting point is a specific business need and an open discussion about the people, expertise and resources required to address it.
