Capital opportunities flow through licensed hands.
The Global Institutional Capital Alliance Platform helps companies and institutions prepare for funding and, with their consent, introduces them to an authorised partner licensed for the work. The authorised partner runs everything investor-facing.

Where SPG stands
SPG is not a direct lender. It helps members prepare and connects them with appropriate funders through an authorised route. Membership is not an investment offer, a commitment to provide finance or permission for SPG to carry out regulated activity.
Who takes part
- Companies and institutions with a defined funding need
- Authorised partners licensed for the activity in the relevant market, such as a registered broker-dealer in the United States or a firm licensed by the CMA, DFSA or FSRA in the UAE
- SPG's advisers, for readiness support
Where no suitable authorised partner is available for a request, SPG says so.
How the route works
Every funding request is classified before anything else happens, and the authorised partner decides whether to take it on.
- 1
Private request
Who the company is, what the funding is for and where it operates.
- 2
Classify
SPG establishes whether the activity is regulated and which route applies.
- 3
Partner accepts
A partner licensed for that activity and market reviews the request and accepts or declines it.
- 4
Both consent
Only the minimum information is shared, and only with your consent.
- 5
Partner runs it
Offer documents, investor eligibility, advice and any subscriptions stay with the partner.
- 6
Outcome recorded
SPG records the result and receives only the fees the partner's rules permit.
Who does what
| Activity | SPG | Authorised partner |
|---|---|---|
| Describe a company, its team and its business | Yes, as a labelled spotlight | Yes |
| Readiness support: materials, data room, governance | Yes | Reviews |
| Introduce a company to the partner, with consent | Yes | Accepts or declines |
| Publish offer terms, valuations or share prices | No | Yes, to eligible investors |
| Check investor eligibility and suitability | No | Yes |
| Take orders or subscriptions, or hold client money | No | Yes |
| How it is paid | Flat fees, or a referral fee only where the partner's rules permit it | Transaction fees under its licence |
A company spotlight describes the business and never makes a securities offer, and any sponsored placement is labelled and paid at a flat rate. Ordinary business needs, such as customers, suppliers and partners, continue in parallel through matchmaking, where funding requests leave the five gates at gate two.
