Invite your network

Bring your network to SPG.
Your relationships stay yours.

Accounting firms, associations, chambers, affiliate groups and people with long-standing networks can invite their clients, members and contacts to SPG. Every invitation carries your referral code, so each company that joins through it is recorded as your introduction.

Invitation letters

One letter for each kind of network.

Written by SPG for the five relationships members and partners bring most often. Add your referral code, your name and a personal note, choose the letter for your group, then copy it into your own email and send it from your own address.

Your code goes into the link in every letter. No code yet? Register as a referral partner.
Appears after the greeting. You can also edit any part of the letter once it is in your email.

Nothing you type here is sent to SPG or stored. It only fills in the letter on your screen.

Clients of a firm

SubjectA business network we recommend to our clients

Dear [First name],

Many of the companies we work with need the right introduction more than anything else: a customer, a distributor, a partner in a new market or a funder who understands their sector. That is why [Your organisation] now works with Strategic Partner Group (SPG), a cooperative business development platform that turns a clear business need into qualified introductions.

SPG reviews each request, proposes suitable counterparts and makes an introduction only when both sides agree. Where a company is preparing to raise capital, SPG helps it get ready and works only through authorised, licensed partners.

Each company joins on its own membership, from $199 a month, with all 47 SPG programmes included. You can see how it works and choose a level here:

If you would like to talk it through first, reply to this email and I will make the introduction personally.

Kind regards,
[Your name]
[Your organisation]

If you would rather not receive messages like this, simply reply and let me know.

Members of an association

SubjectA new route to customers and partners for our members

Dear [First name],

[Your organisation] is working with Strategic Partner Group (SPG) to give our members a practical route to new customers, partners and markets. SPG is a cooperative business development platform: you describe what your company needs or offers, SPG reviews it and proposes qualified introductions, and an introduction is made only when both sides agree.

Each company joins on its own membership, from $199 a month, with all 47 SPG programmes included. Please use the link below, so SPG can record that you came through [Your organisation]:

SPG does not share your progress with us without your consent. If you have questions, reply to this email or contact the SPG team through the website.

Companies in your group

SubjectAn introduction for the companies in our group

Dear [First name],

Across [Your organisation], our companies often need the same things: new customers, reliable partners and a way into new markets. We are introducing Strategic Partner Group (SPG), a cooperative business development platform, to every company in the group, so each one can put what it needs and offers in front of a reviewed, qualified network.

SPG reviews each request, proposes suitable counterparts and makes an introduction only when both sides agree. Each company joins on its own membership, from $199 a month, with all 47 SPG programmes included. Please join through the link below, so SPG can record that you came through [Your organisation]:

If a short call would help you see how it fits your business, reply to this email and I will arrange it.

Companies you work with

SubjectIntroducing Strategic Partner Group to the companies we work with

Dear [First name],

We are introducing Strategic Partner Group (SPG) to the companies we work with as a practical source of commercial support. SPG helps companies find customers, distributors, partners and new markets through reviewed introductions, made only when both sides agree and supported by the sector advisers in its network.

Each company decides for itself whether to join, on its own membership from $199 a month, and nothing in our relationship changes either way. If it could help your business, you can find out more here:

Kind regards,

Your own network

SubjectSomething I would like you to see

Dear [First name],

We have known each other for a long time, so I wanted you to hear this from me first. I am now working with Strategic Partner Group (SPG), a platform built for deal flow rather than conversation. Companies say what they need or what they offer, and SPG turns that into qualified introductions to customers, partners and advisers and, where appropriate, to authorised funding partners.

If your company is looking for its next customer, partner or market, have a look here:

Membership starts at $199 a month for one company. If it is easier, call me and I will walk you through it.

Best regards,
[Your name]

Before you send

Invite people who expect to hear from you.

An invitation from someone they trust is what makes your network respond. Four habits keep it that way.

  1. 1

    People who know you

Invite clients, members and contacts who would expect a message from you or your organisation.

  2. 2

    Sent personally

Send from your own email and use their name. Writing to several people at once? Put them in BCC.

  3. 3

    An easy way out

Every letter tells the reader how to opt out. Remove anyone who asks, straight away.

  4. 4

    Your local rules

Email rules differ from country to country. Check the ones that apply to you before a large mailing.

In preparation

The SPG network invitation tool.

Illustrative meeting between an adviser and two business clients

SPG is preparing a private space where each partner can manage the relationships they bring and invite them in a few steps. It is designed to let you:

  • Import your contacts and organise them into groups, for example clients by sector.
  • Choose the SPG letter for each group and personalise it in your own words.
  • Bring your network when you join: new members can add the relationships they want to invite as part of signing up.
  • Approve every send yourself, only to contacts you have permission to approach.
  • Carry your referral code in every invitation, so each membership is recorded as yours.
  • Follow invitations sent, replies and memberships taken up on one dashboard.
  • Keep your list private: adding a contact never makes them a member or shows their details to anyone else.
  • Handle opt-outs and duplicate contacts automatically.

For chambers, business clubs and associations, this private space is open now as part of the Sister Organisations programme: upload or connect your member list, approve your invitations and follow the results, under your own name.

Each company still joins on its own membership, and any referral reward follows the signed referral terms. Until the tool opens, the letters above do the same job from your own email.

Register your interest

Tell us about your network.

Tell us who you are and the relationships you would bring. The team will contact you when the invitation tool is ready, and can help you plan a first mailing with the letters in the meantime.

SPG does not ask for your contact list here. Nobody in your network is contacted unless you choose to invite them.

Required field

If SPG has given you one.
Who introduced you to SPG? Leave it blank if nobody did.

Bring a clear ambition. Build the next relationship.

The strongest starting point is a specific business need and an open discussion about the people, expertise and resources required to address it.
