Your members stay yours
The relationship, the membership and anything you have already agreed with your members remain yours. SPG adds services; it never takes your place.
Chambers of commerce, CEO clubs, business councils and trade associations can give their whole membership a global business platform under their own name. SPG works behind you as an ally, never a competitor: your members stay yours, and your organisation shares in the revenue they generate.
SPG works with chambers, clubs and associations, never against them. Each commitment below is written into the SPG Sister Organisation Agreement.
The relationship, the membership and anything you have already agreed with your members remain yours. SPG adds services; it never takes your place.
Both sides sign non-compete and non-solicitation commitments. SPG never approaches your members around you and never competes with your own membership, events or services.
Members see your organisation first: on their own page, in every invitation and in the AI guide’s welcome. SPG runs the platform behind it.
Not a shortlist of your top twenty. The platform is open to every member, and each company decides for itself how to use it.
“We are everybody’s friend and everybody’s partner, and we offer everybody the solutions they are looking for. That is what makes us different.”
Sam Jakobs, Founder and President, Strategic Partner Group
Most members come with one of two needs: funding, or access to deals and customers. The platform answers both, alongside the rest of what SPG does. Starting costs a member nothing; they choose an SPG membership only when they want SPG to work for them.
Members describe what they offer and need, by voice or in writing. The guide matches them with the right desk, programme and members, and fills in the forms for them.
Help preparing for funding, and introductions to funders only through authorised, licensed partners and with the company’s consent. SPG is not a lender.
For a specific deal, such as a supply contract, an acquisition or a capital raise. Sending a deal is free, and the deal desk reviews each one.
Reviewed introductions to customers, distributors, suppliers and partners, made only when both sides agree.
Each run by people who know the industry, from energy and logistics to healthcare, real estate and technology, across 47 programmes.
Tenders, buyers, distributors and partners found on the open web, each with its source, matched to the member’s business.
SPG becomes the business platform behind your membership. You keep the relationships; SPG does the work; the revenue is shared.
Upload the list you already have, in any format and any language, or connect your membership system. The AI does the rest.

Tell us about your organisation and your members. SPG’s partnerships team reviews the fit.
The Sister Organisation Agreement sets out the revenue share, the non-compete and non-solicitation commitments and how member data is protected.
You receive your private portal and co-branded page. The AI prepares your member list and drafts your invitation for you to approve.
Your members use the platform, everything they send is credited to you, and your statement shows the revenue shared.
How SPG handles member data is set out in the privacy notice.
Tell us about your organisation and your members. If there is a fit, SPG sends the Sister Organisation Agreement and arranges a call to plan your launch.
Please do not send your member list with this form. Lists are added later, in your private portal.
Member-driven organisations of any size: chambers of commerce, CEO and business clubs, trade and industry associations, professional bodies, business councils and diaspora business networks. Each one joins on the same standard programme.
No. Both sides sign non-compete and non-solicitation commitments. Your members stay yours, SPG never approaches them around you, and SPG never competes with your own membership, events or services. SPG adds what you do not offer, under your name.
That is the point of the programme. Your leadership keeps the relationships and transactions it wants to handle personally. Every other member is served from the first conversation: the AI guide understands what they need, routes it to the right SPG sector desk, and the desk, with SPG’s advisers and experts, works it through. Everything is credited to your organisation along the way.
No. Members can talk to the AI guide and send a deal or a business requirement at no cost. They choose an SPG membership only when they want SPG to work for them, and any success fee is agreed in writing before an introduction is made.
Your whole membership. Every member can use the platform and the AI guide, and each company decides for itself whether it wants SPG to work for it, on its own SPG membership.
As set out in the SPG Sister Organisation Agreement. Your share is based on the payments SPG collects from the members who come through your organisation, and every line appears on the statement in your portal.
Yes. Your members see your organisation’s name and logo first, on their own page and in every invitation, with SPG named as the platform behind it.
Yes. A secure sync key lets your membership system or CRM send members to SPG automatically. Synced members are never invited automatically: every invitation goes in a batch you approve.
From SPG’s mailbox, under your organisation’s name, in batches you approve and the SPG team checks before release. Each member receives a personal link, and every invitation carries an unsubscribe link.
Apply in a few minutes, or ask the AI guide how the programme would work for your organisation.
