 Adrian Hall is a trailblazing leader, mental health advocate, and the heart behind P.E.A.R.L. With You, Inc., a nonprofit transforming lives through counseling, housing, and support for underserved communities. Her journey is not only defined by professional excellence but also by her personal commitment to honor her family’s military legacy and empower others, one mile at a time. 

• Founder of P.E.A.R.L. With You, Inc. (2015)
  Created a life-changing nonprofit named after her beloved mother, offering comprehensive services for underserved individuals and veterans across the Mid-South. 
• First African American Director of a MAT Facility in Mississippi (2016)
  Made history by opening the state’s first Medication Assisted Treatment center led by an African American, addressing critical opioid addiction and mental health needs. 
• 15+ Years of Counseling Excellence
  With dual degrees in Psychology and Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Adrian has dedicated over a decade to supporting adults and children facing behavioral and emotional challenges. 
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Telehealth Services
  Provides accessible mental health counseling to adults with dual diagnoses and children, ensuring continuity of care in underserved areas. 
• Pioneer in Transitional Housing for Veterans
  Led the development of a 30-bed facility in Memphis, TN, offering safe, stable housing and wraparound services for veterans referred by the VA. 
• Advocate for Underserved and Military Families
  Motivated by her family's military service, Adrian’s work uplifts veterans, helping them regain self-sufficiency and purpose through holistic support. 
• Community Volunteer and Leader
  Collaborates with local organizations to extend support to families, mental health initiatives, and resource access across the region.
